Faulty or Defective Products and products sent in Error

If you have received a product which has been damaged, is faulty or defective or you have been supplied the incorrect product you can return it for a refund or exchange.  You must request a Return Management Authority (RMA) by contacting us by phone or email within 7 days of receiving your order and acknowledgeing the following:

  • The item was purchased within the last 30 days
  • The product is still in its original packaging
  • The product isn't used or tampered with
  • You can provide the receipt and/or invoice

Refast will review your request and once approved, provide an RMA number and issue a return label.  Please package the goods securely together with the RMA number and return the item/s within 14 days from RMA approval.

Change of Mind

If you would like to return an item because you have changed your mind or the item does not suit your needs, you can request a Return Management Authority (RMA) by contacting us by phone or email within 7 days of receiving your order and acknowledgeing the following:

  • The item was purchased within the last 30 days
  • The product is still in its original packaging
  • The product isn't used or tampered with
  • You can provide the receipt and/or invoice

Refast will review your request and once approved, provide an RMA number and the item must be returned at your expense.  Please package the goods securely together with the RMA number and return the item/s within 14 days from RMA approval.

Please Note:

All returns must include an RMA number to ensure that your return can be processed and a re-stocking fee of 30% may apply.  Original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Products which Cannot be Returned

Items which have been specially procured, custom manufactured, modified or which are not in their original packaging cannot be returned.  Paints, chemicals, aerosols, dangerous goods and flammable liquids are also unable to be accepted for return.

Refunds

Upon receipt and acceptance of item/s returned, a refund will be processed less any re-stocking fee if applicable.  Refunds can only be paid in the same payment method as was used for the purchase of the product and depending on the payment method, can take up to 7 days to appear in your account.  The time which the payment takes to clear into your account is outside the control of the company but if you have any concerns please contact us so we can investigate it for you.

Product Warranty

Refast supplies a vast range of products which may come with a warranty or guarantee that differs according to the product or type.  If you have a warranty claim, please contact us by phone or email for assistance.  Orders shipped outside Australia ARE NOT covered by any Australian warranty or guarantee.
