WHAT can be returned?
If you receive an item which is faulty, you may return the item for a replacement or full refund of the purchase price.
WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Items which are found to be faulty must be reported to Refast within 7 days of receiving the goods so as to arrange return.
WHERE do items need to be returned to?
Refast will make the necessary arrangements to collect your items being returned.
HOW do customers return items?
As soon as any faults are identified, within 7 days of receiving your order please contact Refast and we will organize collection of the faulty goods.
SHIPPING for returns?
Refast will arrange the shipping for return of faulty goods.
CREDIT for returns?
Once the faulty item has been returned to Refast for checking, Refast will either replace the item/s or provide a refund of the purchase price, whichever option you prefer.
Please package goods to be returned as best you can to ensure that no damage occurs on the return journey.
